1) Find the correct application in the GROW or PWCP tabs

2) Fill out the required information (and get a professional assessment for PWCP programs)

3) Submit invoices and application to Westlake for preapproval 

4) Submit receipts and get the project inspected once completed

5) Final approval and payment
